Yet other painful experiences, while unpleasant, help to both forge our character and direction in life. Today, I invite you to join me in a kind of spiritual excavation—a journey of looking within to uncover and address the challenges that may be holding us back. True growth comes when we face the truth with courage and compassion, releasing the emotional burdens that weigh us down so we can thrive in God’s love. We’ll also reflect on the nature of judgment in relation to goodness and truth, understanding its deeper impact on our spiritual journey.
