What really happens ?,š„ŗš¤š¤šššš
Itās a big mystery, right? š But Swedenborg did write about what happens. We donāt disappear. We wake up in a spiritual world, just as ourselves, like weāre stepping into another room. Everything feels real, and our inner life shapes what we experience. Itās not the end…itās a beginning. š« (Heaven and Hell Ā§445)
Is there life after death?
Yes! According to Emanuel Swedenborg, we continue living after death, just in a more spiritual form. He wrote that when we die, we awaken into the spiritual world just as consciously as we were living here. We stay the same person. Same memories, same loves. But now in a world that reflects our inner life. If you’re curious, Swedenborg describes this in Heaven and Hell Ā§445.
Can you be sent to hell and work your way back in to heaven
Swedenborg says weāre not “sent” anywhere. After death we naturally gather with people who love what we love. The Lord and angels keep offering love and light, but if we cling to selfish or hurtful loves, we donāt want heavenās atmosphere. Real change has to start now while our loves can still shift. (Heaven & Hell Ā§Ā§302, 480; Divine Providence Ā§Ā§319, 324)
