Staying Grounded

Description

The spiritual life is always one of downward movement. It is a movement where we take the highest of spiritual ideals as God gives us to see them and seek to put them into practice in this life in very ordinary ways. It’s about making life, right now, better, not about some escapism to a better beyond. Heaven is real. We can think about it as a future home. And at the same time, we are to do the best we can to bring heaven to this life, right now.
