So instead of piling on self-improvement goals, I ask a quieter question. What would happen if you chose one person and simply dropped it? The history. The judgments. The anger. All of it. Drawing from Secrets of Heaven, we remember that we are not meant to fixate on “wrongs, blunders, and downfalls,” whether our own or someone else’s. When we release what weighs us down, the good becomes the default again. This is repentance in its truest form. A clearing away that allows love to flow back in. Using a simple spiritual toolbox and honest reflection, we explore forgiveness that renews the soul even when relationships remain unchanged. This is addition by subtraction.
