Feeling Disconnected?

Description

We will go through phases in life when we feel disconnected. How do we keep on moving forward? As a pastor, I understand how disconnection can cloud our minds and affect our spiritual lives. The story of Abraham illustrates how we must let go of lower impulses and offer our best to the Lord. To reconnect, I encourage practicing gratitude daily through a “Five Gratitudes” exercise, which helps lift our thoughts toward divine order. Prayer is key to this reconnection, allowing us to quiet the mind and feel the Lord’s presence. Finally, community interaction plays a vital role, as sharing experiences and small acts of grace enrich our collective spiritual journey.
