We Must Remain Humble
25th, September 2025Description
I smile as I notice my shirt is inside out, and it fits the theme. Humility holds us when love feels hard to find. Scripture whispers, “The Lord is in his holy temple, let all the earth be silent before him,” and again, “Be still and know that I am God.” I invite a quieter center where ego does not shout from the top or the bottom. I practice seeing myself without distortion, naming real gifts from God and real flaws, then letting grace make soft edges so life can flow between us. In relationships I aim for an appreciation of all things and all people, without surrendering discernment. I choose curiosity over control. Today let’s try asking questions, not broadcasting opinions. Bite the tongue. Breathe. Ask one kind question. The Lord gives the words in due time. Angels in heaven live this posture, receiving every good from the Lord with humility, and that is the ground where love grows.
