Who Brings Out Your Best Story?

The stories we tell shape the life we experience. When I keep rehearsing how unfair life is, I start finding proof everywhere; joy and curiosity open a different road. The Gospels offer “good news,” inviting me toward the fuller self God creates me to be. I want to choose companions who call forth that deeper identity, while taking responsibility for the influence I allow. Swedenborg teaches that angelic life is freed from the self-image built on love of self and the world, and I see that freedom grow as we serve the good in the neighbor. My calling is simple and demanding: live into a better story, see the best story in others, and remind them of it.
